Refund & Return Policy 

At HeroBricks, we take pride in delivering premium, book-style collectible building sets. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The book set must be unused and unbuilt

  • All bags, pieces, manuals, and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be returned in its original condition

Opened or partially built sets are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect or missing components.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email shopherobricks@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Pieces

Please inspect your book set upon arrival. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Missing pieces

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at shopherobricks@gmail.com with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Built or partially built book sets

  • Opened sets without defects

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or limited-edition items (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
