All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier performance, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your HeroBricks book sets arrive safely.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

International Shipping

HeroBricks ships internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timelines, HeroBricks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided at checkout, HeroBricks is not liable. Any reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
